Book and Video Download issues

Hi,

Sorry to post here because I am not allowed to add a new topic in Support.

I purchased the book and video bundle a few days ago but when I logged into the website, I am still prompted to “Get Book” and “Get Video”.

I got an email so I have downloaded the code and PDF book. The activation email doesn’t work so I don’t know how to get the videos.

I used the same email here as my account.

Hi @jeremy886 thanks for letting me know. Not sure what went wrong yet, but I’ve added both the video and books onto your account – you should see them now when you login.
