My antivirus program McAfee doesn’t let me run the install program IFSetup.exe for installing InstallForge.
What can I do about this?

There should be settings to exclude file or set it as safe, not using McAfee so cannot tell you exactly.
I would consider remove McAfee completely, in security circles it is more malware than AV. And far more superior is standard Windows Defender, in detection rate and in system resources wise.
