Hi, I recently buy book and upgrade to access Video course, but the video not available.

Could you please help me to resolve the problem.

Ps: i am access from indonesia, is there any restriction?

Hi @Yayu_Suwardi there was an issue on your account, I fixed this last week but forgot to notify you. Have you been able to get to the videos? I see that you’ve logged in.

Dear Martin, i still unable to view the video. On the top of lecture section just the words “This video is unlocked by your membership.”

There is no video player show.

The videos are hosted on vimeo, is that maybe blocked for you where you are?

I’ve sent through another purchase link which should allow you to download the videos instead.
